Shipping Policy for Kuzu Arte

Welcome to Kuzu Arte! We’re thrilled to offer you our handcrafted ceramics and candles. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders with care.


 Processing Time:
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process, typically 5-7 business days. Please refer to the product details for specific timelines.

Shipping Carrier:

 - All packages are shipped via Hermes Germany. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

 Shipping Rates:
- Domestic Shipping (within Germany):
  - Standard shipping is €4,50 
  - Free shipping for all domestic orders over €100.
  
- International Shipping:
  - Shipping rates vary by destination. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout.
  - International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Estimated Shipping Times:
- Germany: Standard shipping with Hermes typically takes 2-5 business days.
- EU Countries: Shipping times vary but generally take 5-10 business days.
- Non-EU International: International shipping times range from 10-21 business days, depending on the destination. Please account for customs clearance, which may extend delivery times.

 Packaging:
- We carefully package all our ceramics and candles to ensure they arrive safely. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible to reduce waste.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the Hermes Germany website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 Shipping Delays:
- While we work closely with Hermes to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen factors. Kuzu Arte is not responsible for carrier delays, but we are happy to help track your order if needed.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at **[email address]**. We will assist you in locating your package or filing a claim with Hermes.
- Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at kuzuarte@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

Changes to Orders:
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us at kuzuarte@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
